Glass Rooms

Glass rooms are a great addition to any house with the desire to upgrade their garden features. They are an alternative to a conservatory or awning and could increase the value of your home.

In most cases glass rooms do not require planning permission, although it is probably best to check with your local council before hand. Once you have confirmed if you need the planning permissions or not, the actual construction does not take too long to complete depending on whether or not it is a specialist bespoke design.

Glass rooms can be used all year round with the addition of heaters and appropriate ventilation systems that could be installed. They can be perfect for entertaining, dining or just if you want some time to yourself. Special tints can be applied to the glass for your UV protection and privacy. You will be able to see out but others can not see in.
